Wondering what your house is worth or the house you would like to buy?  Check out Zillow.   It’s cool to see what mine is worth!   The best thing to check out when buying a home is what is the price of the neighbooring homes.  It gives you a good idea of the resell value and what the income levels of your neighbors.
