E- Loan offers a fantastic online savings account. The interest rate at one time lead the industry, but as of late has been average to below average. They offer of phenomenal security package. For what they boast as a safe high yield product, they lack of access to your money. Forget ATM cards, check writing, and what others are offering these days.

To sum it up, it's ING Direct with a much better rate.

Rate History:

Their rate was outstanding a few years back, but lately it has been average to below average. Rest assured if you put your money with them the rate is not going to fall to the floor.

Customer Service:

Phone support and email support is offered. Phone support is only available Monday through Friday for 10 hours. I would rate them pretty average besides the poor phone support coverage times.
